Doug from Lee’s Towing arrived about 30 to 40 minutes after USAA called them to tow my car to my provider. I had a flat tire and he was able to put enough air in it to drive it onto his tow truck from my garage. He was very courteous and took it to Jerry’s nearby. So grateful for his knowledge and help.

Doug kept me informed of the arrival of his tow truck. Doug took the time to show me how he was able to jump the car and show me that the battery is bad and how is not the starter. Which being is 63-year-old woman it's nice to be able to to go to a garage and at least not get cheated. As I had that battery replaced two weeks ago which Doug did not know at the time. Doug also looked under the car for me as I told him about this big plastic thing hanging down and he told me it was the cover to protect the under carrage. This is above and beyond that I've ever experienced with any tow truck driver and trust me with my Fiat had quite a few tows.. Thanks again Doug for going above and beyond and showing what Service is. This is Rare these days. Suz

I dealt with 2 different towing companies today, ill leave the other one unnamed but I just called them to do a simple tow of a car parked illegally and was met with sexist, off color grumbling, complaining and overall a terrible experience. I had Lee's scheduled to do a tricky move later in the morning of a 1950s chrysler up on a loading dock and they could not have made the experience easier or simpler if they tried. Tony came out first as a supervisor and get a lay of the land, Cody came with the flatbed. The ingenious and creative use of tools and equipment left me speechless and with the impression these men have done this before. Incredibly professional the whole way through, got the car in the building with no sweat and a smile the whole time. Thank you Lee's. Thank you Tony and Cody, you solved a world of headache for me today

there's nobody else I would trust other than Kees to tow my vehicle locally and regional. They are economically friendly and the people there are awesome to deal with. I had them tow my vehicle for my employer to my place. I can not only think Rob but the dispatcher who was very knowledgeable and the driver was cool. I have high functioning autism and they understood me and my towing needs were met. I get them more than five stars if I could but unfortunately we will only let you get them five stars.

My car was picked up by Lees Towing today as a major transmission leak rendered it unusable. The gentleman (Doug) who picked it up was very nice and professional! He even gave me some oil dry for the huge stain on my driveway. Very happy with these people and would use them again!
